Vaccines
We require a waiting period of 24 hours after any vaccines are given before we can perform any bathing or grooming services. Pets are often sore at the injection site and we want your pet to have a wholly positive experience with us; we don’t want to bump that tender spot during their groom.
Health Concerns
We want your pet to have the best experience possible. So, before handling your pet, we need to know if they have any physical or psychological limitations, any medical conditions or ailments, or any history of biting or aggression. We handle every pet with a gentle touch and work within their natural range of motion, but some pets require extra time and attention.
History of Biting
This can be a touchy subject for many pet owners, but in order to keep everyone safe, we need to be informed of any areas that may trigger your pet to try to bite. If we are made aware ahead of time, we can accurately evaluate what kind of re-training and re-conditioning your pet needs to help create a happy grooming experience. Sometimes all they need is a little time, patience, and understanding.
